Though Parlee bikes popularized tube-to-tube custom carbon construction, the Parlee Ouray all-road bike introduces to the line a monocoque frame, made in Europe that emphasizes ride quality and comfort in the precisely detailed carbon layup. The five sizes and thoughtful geometry decisions, and totally customizable fit points like stem length and bar width make the Ouray not only exceptionally effective as a fast all-road bike, but easily modified to suit riders of all shapes and sizes.

Designed for versatility

Named after a small town in southern Colorado, the Parlee Ouray has been designed to be the perfect bike for rides of all distances on a variety of paved and light gravel roads. The types of routes that are plentiful in Colorado, and probably where you live too. If comfort is at the heart of the design, snappy responsiveness is the soul. The engineers have straddled those two goals by creating a true monocoque frame with precisely dosed unidirectional carbon ply. Knowing how they want their frame to ride and what is the perfect type of carbon to accomplish that makes it possible to tune the frame to offer both long distance comfort and Strava conquering responsiveness.

The frame shape of the Parlee Ouray all-road bike adds to the comfort levels with a sloping top tube and dropped stays offering compliance for all day comfort while the compact design enhances lateral and torsional stiffness for immediate power transfer. Using the true single piece carbon construction allows Parlee designers to keep the overall weight down for the frame as well since extra material is not required at the tube joining points. There is no compromise on durability thanks to the precision layup process.

Nude carbon frame or custom paint options of the Parlee Ouray

The designers are so proud of their carbon handiwork that they can offer a nude carbon unpainted frame option which allows you to see just how precise each ply sheet is placed. And unlike a lot of manufacturers today who provide pre-spec’d frame builds, every Parlee Ouray is made to order with your desired cockpit, including bar width, stem length, seat and seatpost configuration, wheels, tires, drivetrain, and accessories. Parlee also offers a wide range of custom paint options.

The Parlee Ouray all-road bike can fit up to 38 mm tires. It uses the T47 threaded bottom bracket standard and a universal derailleur hanger to make it super easy to accommodate your choice of components. Dare we say it? Hip-hip Ouray!
