The EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) technology requires two molds instead of the usual one for each frame. There is one mold for the outer shape and one for the inner. Then the EPS process encases the hard polystyrene form in the carbon fiber fabric. Once heat molded, the form is removed and the resulting carbon frame suffers no folds or voids, which cause weak points in the carbon. This unique process is not only innovative, it results in a light, reliable and super strong frame.
